New Special Order Policy

We love all our customers! Thank you for making this business a success.

We are changing our special order policy as of this posting.

Special order refers to any custom sewing, jewelry, or card project ordered that is not in our regular stock/style/color or one of our regular patterns.

All special orders will require a 25% nonrefundable deposit. All special orders must be paid for and picked up (or shipping arranged) within 30 days of notice of completion. Any completed orders (including already requested orders) left over 30 days from completion date will be put up for sale on this website and at our craft shows.

We look forward to continuing to take your special orders as well as being able to offer quality merchandise thru our web pages and in person at craft shows.
